The Kangaroo Court hearing surrounding Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is a mockery of the US judicial system, is a mockery of our military tribunal process, and serves no purpose other than to further degrade the character of the United States. The credibility of another branch of the United States Government is being called into question.
Let us consider two topics - one regarding the justification for the claim of a Kangaroo Court, and the other regarding Obama's intent.
A kangaroo court hearing is one in which we simply go through the motions, but where no due process was actually followed, and the outcome is known in advance. What due process are we expecting the KSM trial in New York to follow? By bringing KSM into US Civil Courts Obama has to be prepared to release him onto the streets if he is found 'not guilty' or if there is a mistrial. What other problems may we run into classifying this as a Kangaroo Trial?
1. the right to exclude evidence that is improperly obtained - KSM was water boarded hundreds of times. Water boarding has been defined as torture. All evidence obtained as a result of water boarding or other enhanced interrogation techniques is inadmissible... if it is allowed, the Court is a Kangaroo. Consider the fact that KSM was never given his Miranda Rights - that ALONE is basis for a mistrial!
2. the right not to be tried on secret evidence - the attorneys for KSM could push for the declassification of thousands of documents, procedures, personnel, locations, etc that will pin the US government into a corner - anything they do not declassify cannot be used for trial in prosecuting KSM.
3. the right to exclude judges or jurors on the grounds of partiality or conflict of interest - the very fact that the pool of jurors will be selected from citizens who live mere minutes away from Ground Zero in NYC is grounds for appeal and/or mistrial. To find an impartial NYC jury for a case regarding the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks - fat chance.
Any judge who follows the books to the letter would have to look at the case in one way - there is no possible way that KSM can receive a fair trial in the United States, let alone in New York City.
What will Obama say if a jury acquits him or hangs? What are we going to expect when the cameras and flash bulbs capture the moment when Khalid Sheikh Mohammed walks freely from the doors of the court house and into a waiting automobile, whisking him off to a destination unknown... free as OJ Simpson in 1995.
However - what if the US government refuses to release a man found innocent in the US courts? Obama and AG Holder are refusing to answer, but it appears as if an order has been given prior to the trial, that KSM will not be released... Are we to believe that the trial, then, serves no purpose? What good will come of such a trial?
Obama's motives are clear: destroy the credibility of the Justice System.
There is no faith in our economy. There is no faith in the Congress. There is no faith in the States. Soon there will be no faith in a functioning Justice system. To what end, Mr. Obama? Undoing 300 years of freedom and innovation for what?
When the courts fail, when the states fail, when the congress fails... what are we left with but a nation of slaves? Where has our liberty gone?
This trial is being paraded as Justice and proof that "America will do the right thing". It is nothing more than a Kangaroo Court aimed at damaging the credibility of the United States' Courts. This is a lose/lose situation for the US. Obama, and the US with him, is making a HUGE mistake.

Ted Kennedy - An American Tragedy
Standing in line for breakfast this morning, I heard over the radio air waves that Ted Kennedy had died from his brain tumor. My heart sank, as it does always when I hear a report of a loss of human life. I respect every breath taken by every man and woman - even those of such vicious character that they would dedicate their lives to destroying the fabric of our society.
Ted Kennedy was no American Hero, rather, he was an American Tragedy.
Kennedy's advantage was his family. The political savvy of his brothers played into his favor as he entered the political arena, and it was their assassinations that cemented his presence for the rest of his life.
He was a drunk, a murderer gone free, and such a radical liberal that he became known as the "Liberal Lion", fighting for open borders, universal health care, and several other radical ideals bent on pushing the US further into a centrally controlled socialist state. He lacked the political aura of his late brothers, and made up for it with brute force. He was a relic of a destroyed dynasty, barely surviving multiple near death incidents, and ultimately dragged the Kennedy name through the mud.
Kennedy is a prime example of why I support term limits for Senators and Congressmen. He used his family's name to prolong a very bad relationship between America and the Kennedy's... and his inability to rise above the senate was a prime example of his regional influence but national disregard.
Now to the discussion about Kennedy's replacement... In MA, there is currently a law on the books that does not allow a political appointment in the case of vacancy. The Governor is required to have a special election within 145 of a declared vacancy - death is indeed a vacancy, unless you're in Chicago. Kennedy was pushing a partisan bill allowing the governor to appoint a partisan, as opposed to allowing the people to choose. Should Mitt Romney have run for re-election and won, we would be seeing the appointment of a Republican Senator in MA should this bill be accepted. Of course, such a bill would not be likely if Romney were still in office.

The Liberty Republican WANTS Healthcare Reform?
Astonishingly, Yes! However...
Obama has it wrong, the GOP has it wrong, the Federal Gummint has it wrong, and Liberal Scoundrels definitely have it wrong.
Let's look at some facts... Obama claims that the US spends more money than anyone in the world on Healthcare, but we have one of the lowest life expectancies per capita. How can that be? The answer: HEATH LEDGER. Heath died at age 28, adding a very low data point to our mortality schedule. In fact, you are more likely to die in an accident or murder in the US than anywhere else in the world. Americans have an unusual tendency to perish in homicides or accidents. We are 12 times more likely than the Japanese to be murdered and nearly twice as likely to be killed in auto wrecks. In their 2006 book, "The Business of Health," economists Robert L. Ohsfeldt and John E. Schneider set out to determine where the U.S. would rank in life span among developed nations if homicides and accidents are factored out. Their answer? First place.
First Place? So why all the fuss?
According to the Commonwelath fund, as reported by Newsweek, the answer comes down to Primary Care Visits. This report stated that nearly 25% of Americans reported waiting MORE THAN 6 DAYS when trying to schedule a visit with their Primary Care Physician.
AHA! The answer is staring us right there in the face... a free market healthcare system drove the best doctors into the higher paying specialties, because they could be compensated at a higher rate for their special talent! But that can't be the entire story... what about the reason why there isn't a swarm of young doctors looking to fill the vacuum in the Primary Care world. Therein lies the question.
In a country that has become lawsuit happy over personal injury, and a medical field that has become increasingly complicated and overbearingly understaffed, it is no wonder that the number of PCP is in decline.
What about the 47 Million Poor Souls who are dieing RIGHT NOW because they don't have health insurance allowing them to even SEE a doctor? Well, the following illustration is, in fact, a very accurate representation of the Democrat's "numbers"
Now, let's talk Healthcare reform. I said I was for it... right... so why the Obamacare bashing and the attack of all those in the Fed? Because I want to reform the government OUT of the Healthcare business altogether.
The system, IMHO, should be reformed to eliminate Medicare, Medicaid, and any other agency or program aimed at government regulated healthcare. There should be a private, affordable, and truly competitive set of services that will provide low cost coverage for healthcare needs. The government should reform laws PROTECTING the doctors from malpractice lawsuits - 25% of which are won by the patients, meaning that 3/4 of all lawsuits are most likely frivolous - driving up insurance costs and reflecting in premiums.
Patients and their families need to be more realistic. For instance, a 98 y/o woman has lower G/I bleeding. She is rushed to the hospital, the doctors begin giving her fluids and units of red blood cells. They determine that the best chance is exploratory surgery to find the cause, time is of the essence. They operate, she dies, the family sues for being one of the 12,000 deaths from unnecessary surgery.
What is the RESPONSIBLE THING TO DO HERE? First, start by understanding that Grandma is 98 YEARS OLD. It is most likely that her body was simply failing because it was done living. Nothing the doctors did could have saved her life - but inactivity would have also resulted in a lawsuit, I am sure.
Realistic expectations and responsible citizens are two solutions to the problem. Personal Responsibility of your own health, lifestyle, and habits is another solution. Finally, there should be a referendum of the states which officially cites the 10th amendment and that the Federal Government has NO AUTHORITY to collect taxes for, nor legislate or execute laws or practices related to healthcare.
My solution would encourage more local practices, community doctors, and incentivize healthy communities.

The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) produced an article highlighting medical malpractice lawsuit statistics, with regard to patient deaths:
106,000 patients die each year from the negative effects of medication
80,000 patients die each year due to complications from infections incurred in hospitals
20,000 deaths per year occur from other hospital errors
12,000 people die every year as a result of unnecessary surgery
7,000 medical malpractice deaths per year are attributed to medication errors in hospitals
This totals up to 225,000 deaths each year, due to medical negligence of some nature. And that number is ever growing.
In 2006, a report was produced by the Institute of Medicine of the National Academies, in which it is stated that medication errors are one of the most common medical mistakes, causing injury or harm to at least 1.5 million people every year.

Socialist Healthcare - share this ad
The Family Research Council has created a solid pro-conservative, anti-socialist health care advertisement. It is a little cheesy, as are most political advertisements... but the point is clear... a plan that blindly covers state sponsored infanticide and will provide only limited coverage... a blanket system does not work... here is one scenario:
Perhaps some legal advice... what standing do we, as citizens of a free nation, have to sue the government for unconstitutional actions in the way of mandatory forced or coerced health care? What constitutional liberties are being taken here, and what boundaries are being stretched beyond by the federal government...
Perhaps we stop asking for what the right answer from the government is, and start declaring our independence... tell the federal government that they have no jurisdiction over our health care, over our education, or over our jobs...
Lest we finally break down and do away with States all together... maybe we push for a constitutional amendment that dissolves state governments - rather creating legislative districts under the authority of the Federal Government...
Maybe we give up the ghost of the United States, in the idea of the states being free and independent governances bound by a common rule of law... Perhaps we rename our country into the People's Republic of America... A unified continent - hell yeah, I said continent... bring Canada and Mexico into the fold as well... we can also do away with the electoral college vote... it will be a Popular vote nation, run by a ruling class living outside the rule of law... A Socialist Utopia...
You catching my drift... this is the direction we are heading... see how ridiculous it is all sounding...
Well, WAKE UP CONSUMERS and take back your independence! Become a CITIZEN... stand up and tell your government that enough is enough... draw the line in the sand and defy your masters!

Conservatives are a "Terrorist Militia" - so says MIAC
It is a well known Socialist strategy - destroy all opposition. Fellow freedom loving conservatives, be warned - THE WAR AGAINST LIBERTY IS GEARING UP.
I have often warned of the implications of the path these United States were wrongfully taking - and it has just been discovered by me that these warnings - the words that you are reading today - come from what the Obama Team are now considering "a potential paramilitary terrorist".
I warn you that continuing to read this blog, or continuing to think or believe the same way that I do will also lead to you being labelled as a potential increased security threat to the nation, and possibly a POTENTIAL TERRORIST.
The Missouri Information Analysis Center (a division of the Missouri State Police) has released a report called the MODERN MILITIA MOVEMENT warning officers to be extra diligent in watching out for signs of these potential terrorist group members (identified as Right-Wing Extremists), including:

With the increase in frustration over how the Federal Government is being run, and the increase in anti-government demonstrations such as the Tea Parties, it should be noted that at least in one of the 50 states - and likely in others - Conservatives and Libertarian minded individuals attending these rallies are potentially being marked as "Suspect Terrorists".
The Tea Parties themselves, which are coming up on April 15th, is an anti-Socialist / anti-taxation rally openly criticising the expansion of the federal government, and therefore in the eyes of the Missouri State Police (and potentially national agencies) a rally being held by anti-government militias and terrorists.
Readers - we are now living in an age where political dissent is classified as terrorism, terror rallies, or in support of terrorist activities... The use of the word terrorist instills fear, instantly, and the broadening of the word terrorist to include anyone openly dissenting with governmental leadership is little more than a tactic of annihilating opposition.
Let it be known to all that I am anti-federal government when the government does not uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States... when it is led in a manner that is tyrannical, and undermines the fundamental liberties defined in the Declaration of Independence.
Let it be known that I will gladly call myself extreme, if being extreme means rejecting a Socialist agenda aimed at the dissolution of individual liberties and general free market capitalism.
Let it be known that I will gladly stand up and declare a need for revolution when Liberty is given a death sentence.
I will not stop speaking these truths - even if it means that I will be considered a danger to national security by the metrics used in Missouri - who consider my beliefs as being potentially terroristic.
I am an honest man, an active Republican, a vocal supporter of Liberty, a supporter of State's Rights, in favor of abolishing the IRS and replacing it with a flat or fair tax system, in favor of securing the borders from illegal immigration, an advocate for Gun Rights, an advocate for personal responsibility, and a flier of the Gadsden Flag.
If being a conservative/libertarian Republican identifies me as a potential terrorist, then I gladly join the ranks of Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, Paine, Henry, and other founders of this nation who so nobly defied tyranny once before.
To support a union for the sake of a union is idiocracy. To support a union founded on the principles that liberty is the justest of all causes - well, I say, Give me Liberty or Give Me Death.

Touching the Untouchables
The success of the left, both within the United States and around the globe (see El Salvador's election results) has been predicated on one idea - the populist message that the people hold the power - unfortunately, the message is that the people hold the power over the corporations, private entities which have developed from free market needs for manufacturing or otherwise providing goods and services... businesses which have become successful because they provide useful services or popular goods - built by the demand of the consumer - the very individuals who now strive to topple them.
The left has defined the untouchables as the greedy businessman, living off the labor of the yeoman, and giving nothing back... they have been defined as corrupt, bloated, egocentric individuals with no justification for their wealth, and no reason to keep it. It is the duty of the left, so they believe, to tar and feather the wealthy individual, redistribute his wealth, and manage his business through the use of government officials.
What the left does not share is this:
What the left is attempting to do, that the plebs fail to recognize, is to eliminate a class of citizens vital to the structure of our way of life, and replace it with government - embedding the government into every aspect of our life - ensuring total control.
Obama's Chief of Staff, as posted in an earlier blog, made comments about "earning citizenship" through their plan for mandatory basic training in Obama's "Civil Defense Corps" - a re-education camp for ensured obedience to government rule... without this training, you have not earned your right as a citizen - and as such, will most likely lose your ability to influence the government, that is, you will not have the right to vote.
Such radical ideals are only able to be put into place because the left has fooled the peoples of this world into fearing class structure which is controlled by the people - and they have begun to conniving put into place a class structure which is controlled entirely by the government entity... making the government and the infrastructure and people supporting it the true Untouchables.
The left has defined the untouchables as the greedy businessman, living off the labor of the yeoman, and giving nothing back... they have been defined as corrupt, bloated, egocentric individuals with no justification for their wealth, and no reason to keep it. It is the duty of the left, so they believe, to tar and feather the wealthy individual, redistribute his wealth, and manage his business through the use of government officials.
What the left does not share is this:
- the wealthy provide jobs and paychecks for those in the middle and lower classes. Their success means your survival.
- the wealthy provide the majority of revenue streams through charitable foundations - providing private charity and the jobs that entails
- the wealthiest 1% pay 50% of all US taxes - this means that roads, schools, government offices, police, fire, etc - these are all largely paid for by greedy corporate elite.
What the left is attempting to do, that the plebs fail to recognize, is to eliminate a class of citizens vital to the structure of our way of life, and replace it with government - embedding the government into every aspect of our life - ensuring total control.
Obama's Chief of Staff, as posted in an earlier blog, made comments about "earning citizenship" through their plan for mandatory basic training in Obama's "Civil Defense Corps" - a re-education camp for ensured obedience to government rule... without this training, you have not earned your right as a citizen - and as such, will most likely lose your ability to influence the government, that is, you will not have the right to vote.

Through the Looking Glass, and What Obama Found There
Lewis Carroll's sequel to Alice In Wonderland, Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There, sprang into my head this morning acting as an inspiration for my perspective of the world today.
For those not familiar with Through the Looking Glass, it is a bizarre sequel to Alice's adventures in the Rabbit Hole - where she experiences life on the other side of a mirror... it is a nonsense story, and it all begins on November 4th...
This is where our parallel begins today... On November 4th, Americans (and the world) entered into a nonsensical sequel to Bill Clinton's presidency - where many of the same characters returned, but their roles and stories are much more bizarre than the last time we met them.
Obama is a pawn of the White Queen... and will be seated in a throne if he can reach the 8th rank in the Red King's territory... He begins his journey, but finds that he is unfamiliar with the rules of the game, and does not understand the complexity contained within the simplicity of his role...
He has begun reading his 100 day plan - only to the rest of the country it is the Jabberwocky... a nonsense poem, only able to be read if held backward to a mirror - full of nonsense words and an imaginary story of slaying an imaginary beast... Obama's understanding of what he is doing to the fabric of this nation is similar to Alice's understand of the Jabberwocky Poem:
Then, Obama is met by The Lion and the Unicorn - Two parties both fighting for the crown of the White King - which is nonsensical because they are both belong to the White King, America. The lion is slow and stupid, though clearly the better fighter... the Unicorn is convinced that Obama is a monster, and pledges to believe in him only if Obama believes in the Unicorn... The lion is the GOP, the Unicorn is the Democratic Party - they both belong to a nation of states, but in an attempt to destroy the Lion, the Unicorn has pledged to start believing in the "monster"...
Obama's quest for a throne is taking this nation on a nonsensical journey, into a new paradigm where nonsense is the norm... where submission is empowerment... where a step forward off the cliff's edge is considered progress.
It is an unfortunate reality that, as Alice was able to wake up back into her real world, Obama has locked America into the world of the Looking Glass.
Obama's journey into the Looking Glass has distorted the ideals of Liberty... he is a pawn of the system, but is trying for the throne... we are all Oysters showing up for a clam bake...

Making Socialism Out of Nothing at All...
Sarah, a commenter on a CNN.com news article, had this to say about Jack Cafferty's criticism of the 'Stimulus Bill' being signed today by Pres. Obama: "This kind of negativity is the last thing this country needs. If you don't have something positively constructive to say wouldn't it be best to say nothing at all?"
Well Sarah - cover your eyes... 'cause this is going to be negative, and it needs to be said over and over again until you damned liberals get it into your thick skulls: DEMAND-SIDE ECONOMICS IS NOT THE ANSWER.
Obamahood and his band of Merry-Congressmen are selling poor economic theory to the tired and droopy eyed American people - the idea the Keynesian Economics is going to pull our country out of an economic recession. The same attempt was made during the 30's, and did nothing more than further stagnate the economy... it wasn't until the war machine sprang to life that the American economy began turning around - providing the readily available supply of raw material, innovation, and production capable from our country at the time.
Keynes (the father of Keynesian Economic Theory) argued that the solution to depression was to stimulate the economy ("inducement to invest") through some combination of two approaches: a reduction in interest rates, and government investment in infrastructure. The short term result would indicate some movement of money and job creation... but the reality is massive devaluation of the currency through inflation, and job loss/stagnation in other sectors of the economy.
The theory is simple - the government injects "stimulus money" into the economy - a series of infrastructure jobs and pet projects - such as an $8 Billion high-speed rail line between LA and Las Vegas (home to Sen. Reid - pet project anyone?), or a bridge to nowhere... Jobs are created for these "shovel ready" jobs... but the money must be taken out of other sectors of the economy - through higher taxation of other individuals - or in our case, ANOTHER DAMNED LOAN FROM CHINA.
The cause of the economic crisis is NOT because government didn't do enough... it is because government over-regulated, made impossible demands on banks and other sectors, and then waiting for the implosion - so they could swoop in and clean up the mess with "the only solution left - Nationalization"...
Friends, family, and readers alike - I echo the words of Jack Cafferty: "Why am I not surprised? Congress lying to the American people has become part of their job description. They can't be trusted on anything anymore."
Congress' approval rating is still in the tank - mustering a pathetic 30%.
Obama's approval ratings have slipped from nearly 80% to nearly %60 in under one month in office.
62% of Americans STILL believe we are heading in the wrong direction in America.
While the general disdain for government is unchanged, and the unease of Americans remains the same, there is n'er an outcry against this bulldozer of Socialism being signed into law today, nor is there question why Republicans in the Senate are calling for the Nationalization of the Banks... Americans are witness to the peaceful transition from a once free society, to that of permanent government rule.
Welcome, friends, to the New United States, one nation, under Socialist Rule, with handouts and health care for all.

Final Post on Bail-outs... maybe
If there is any doubt that we are living in the dawn of Socialist America, you need look no further than the latest plan in "bail-outs" from the US Government - The Auto Industry Saga.
Congress and the White House have reached a plan that would allow $15Billion in loans from the "green car" fund, as well as give the US government major stock in the companies and oversight of their restructuring. The automobile manufacturing trio will be nationalized within the week...
The deal is so open ended that it is unclear as to if the US government will have voting rights on the companies' boards, how involved they will be during the bankruptcy style restructuring, and what role it will play in determining new products and marketing of their respective automobiles.
What is clear is that this "entity" known as the "government" is less "of the people, for the people, by the people" and more ruling class tending to their pleebs.
The people of America have been fooled... and I am almost tired of yelling it time and again - what good is it doing?
Don't the subjects of America, the consumers of this nation, understand that it has been excesses in LIBERAL ideas that have led the corporations across the nation to fail - not free market capitalism... FMC is taking the blame based solely on the assumption that a Republican is in office during this downfall, Republicans believe in FMC, therefore FMC has failed!

The truth is that the lack of ability for these banks and businesses to operate more freely, making sound business calls - not meeting government mandates - has led to this downfall. From forced loans made to live up to "houses for everyone", to government driven mandates on automobile standards (which may not be all bad), and namely Union Gestapo Thugs creating job banks, near full pay retirement benefits for life, etc... with some blame falling on CEO greed and inability of management to do just that... This is not FMC. This is government and Union intervention - mobster tactics from both...
And now the only way to survive these waters is to sell out to these interests... A mobsters dream!
And that is what the US Government has become to the free market - bullies, gangsters, thugs!
They set impossible rules, support impossible standards via unions, and then conduct violent take-overs of the companies when they fail...
Here is the solution:
Inasmuch, I am tired of repeating the same message week after week... Am I living in a pipe dream - that FMC stands a chance - that liberty is a desire in the hearts of all Americans... that we all strive to be free...
Are we living in a society that would rather be protected, even if it is to the point of fear of our rulers in lack of civil liberties? Have I got it all wrong, and before my eyes America shifted into a Socialist Authoritarian State?
Unfortunately, all signs are pointing to yes...

Here is the solution:
- The US government needs to STOP. We cannot sustain - and we should not allow the US Government to operate outside the roles of the Constitution - not even for one moment!
- The auto makers need to file bankruptcy - shed all of their contracts with unions, and restructure... if the laborers want to strike, they lose their jobs... others will gladly take them in this recession/depression we are slipping into (or already in).
- Trade Tariffs should be lifted or imposed to force other economies around the world to give these automobiles equal footing in world markets, and equally allow a fair market for other world automobiles on US soil - something that is generally done today in the US.
- The companies should be allowed to thrive or fail based on their ability to follow market needs/wants... The industry giants became so because they gobbled up failures before them... If they also fail, they should downsize or eliminated based on the market.
- The general laborer should educate themselves, and strive to better their situation should a lay-off come. Be prepared to take care of yourself and your family... doing so means personal responsibility... a term that is equally as targeted as FMC.

Biden: Our Platform is to Redistribute Wealth
Biden has finally admitted what we have known for so long - the goal of the Obama/Biden Democratic party is to force the final bits of socialization of the Untied States.
Call me a fear monger? Or am I just telling the truth?
Biden told ABC's "Good Morning America" that the wealthy must pay more taxes to show their patriotism.
And what Biden fails to recognize is that Free distribution of wealth, through charity work and charity giving, is the True American Way!
Now, I would not expect Biden to recognize charitable giving, considering that his $300,000 income only afforded him $350 worth of bread crumbs to toss to the poor.

It is a punishment of those who work hard and accomplish more. It is a punishment on intellect, innovation, and accomplishment.

- The US government is continuing to "bail-out" mega-companies with Taxpayer dollars, seating the US government as the CEO of each company. They are months away from a complete take-over of the entire business market. Do you think the Taxpayers have a say? No - we are merely the working pawns, generating worth (not wealth) for the continuation of the government.
- The US has taken education out of the hands of the states, and federalized a state institution with "No Child" legislation. Obama and Biden promise to go further, eliminating state control to ensure equal schooling (for better or worse) throughout the United States, run entirely by a central Dept. of Education. Any hope for school choice? No - we cannot be trusted to educate our own children, or choose who we want educating them on our behalf.
- The Dept of Treasury has long since been usurped by the Federal Reserve, but in light of the current economic crisis it is important to point out the failure of the Federal Reserve. The Fed has no consideration for actual wealth - only perceived wealth. It is an institution that has devalued the American Dollar to the point that the money is worth less than the paper it is printed on. A perfect example is in the AIG bail-out. The answer from the Fed was to flood the market with newly printed dollars - driving the value of the dollar down. This gives the perception of wealth... however, when a $0.69 loaf of bread costs $5.00, and you find yourself in a breadline, you can thank the Socialist Reserve - um - the Federal Reserve.
The list goes on.
With Obama/Biden at the helm, the transformation from a Republican form of Government (article IV, section 4 - US Constitution) into a Socialist form of Government will be complete. They have shown the intent of their "change" to be the transformation of a free society to a society of proletarians - a working class whose only purpose is to provide worth for the government to continue survival.
Understand that the Socialist philosophy indicates that the source of wealth is labor. The more we work, as a collective society, the better off our society will be in the end. This is precisely the case for the symbolism of the socialist parties: Hammer, sycle, and gear. Symbols of labor. Dumb, hard, labor. From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.
In contrast, the Capitalist philosophy indicates that the source of wealth is innovation. The free market's freedom to succeed and fail based on leadership, new ideas, and creativity in the market causes fluctuation, but is based on the success of new technology.
If there was ever more of a reason to NOT vote for Obama, it would be that he supports the path that Bush has put the nation on - one of an authoritarian Socialized society. John McCain and Sarah Palin are the true anti-Bush on society, and have pledged to revisit the rules and regulations that are as outdated as an Atari. The real shake-up comes from a candidate with new ideas - not the instillation of old Marxist ideas.
Don't give Obama/Biden the free pass on their ideals. They are in favor of the further socialization of this once great nation... Don't support the "Che 2008"!

Denver's Pepsi Center Not Large Enough for Obama's Head?
Barack Obama will not accept the Democratic nomination at Pepsi Center in front of the 20,000 volunteers and delegates... instead he has chosen a larger venue to offer himself to the people - INVESCO at Mile High.This move will be cause for change to city planning, state planning, and protester planning that has been in the works for some time.
But what it does is try to portray Obama as "the peoples candidate"... as in the "People's Republic of Obama"?
The acceptance speech is already going to be broadcast worldwide... what is Obama trying to show by snubbing the convention process in favor of a giant venue? His campaign's explanation is that he wants to make himself available to young folks who are new to the process...
While I would usually agree that this is a great idea, the 11th hour change to accommodate Obama's wishes is a sign of his arrogance and pompousness as he is dubbing himself Mr Inevitable... Alas, good sir... The American people are now watching you... and this intimate affair you have been having with the MSM is going to be coming to an end... The people of America will start to see your record, your habits, your confidants, and your true colors.
Hugh Hewitt, whom many of my long time readers know that I agree with rarely on Presidential Politics, has posted some great talking points regarding the True Obama. I will share some of them here, and we can begin to discuss why Obama cannot win in November.
1. He had a stumbling, bumbling close to his primary campaign, and the opening weeks of his general campaign have been marked by flip flops and lurches left. - Hillary Clinton made some of her biggest gains against Obama in the last few contests. Obama proved that he is not ready to handle a general election match-up.
2. He's hard left. - I have said it many times over, Barack Obama will implement change in America that will ensure that the United States of America becomes the United Socialist States of America.
3. He wants the marginal rate on total federal taxes, including his social security tax hike, to immediately rise at least 57% on the highest earners. Obama wants to raise taxes even in a weak economy, though this is a recipe not just for recession but worse. Obama also wants to raise taxes on dividend income and to return the death tax to its highs of eight years ago. - The top 1% of wage earners in the US already pay 50% of the total tax revenue, while the bottom 50% of wage earners pay 3% of the total revenue. The top 1% are the job creators. They are the innovative and motivated. They bear the highest burden of our society already, a burden that if it becomes too hard to bear may take them out of the game. Imagine if you earned $99 and paid $10 in taxes because you were in a lower tax bracket... That is where the middle class finds itself. Now imagine that you work overtime on the weekends to try and put your children through college, and you earn $101, putting you into a higher tax bracket... Now you pay $45 because you worked harder and earned more. It would have been more beneficial to NOT WORK and take the $89 instead of bustin' your hump to end up with $56.
4. Obama has proposed more than a trillion dollars in new spending - That is not total budget, like GW Bush's $3.1 Trillion budget he just sent to congress... it is additional spending. With no spending cuts for failed programs, no stop to earmarks, that brings the US federal budget to an unprecedented $6.1 Trillion.
5. He thinks the most liberal member of the Supreme Court, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, is a great model for future Supreme Court appointments - Please see my post about the Heller v DC Supreme Court Case to see how this one would turn out.
6. Obama is not a strong friend of Israel. He spent 20 years in a church that was openly hostile to Israel, and he reversed himself on Jerusalem as the undivided capital of Israel after one day of criticism by Palestinians - I have posted my feelings many times regarding Israel, and their right to exist as a free country. Obama's embrace of the Muslim Countries to the extent that they regard Israel as a nuisance is the most troubling, especially to Jews who fight for life and religious freedom every day in that tiny country.
7. He supports abortion on demand, including partial birth abortion - The founders wrote in the Declaration of Independence that we were Endowed by Nature's God with certain inalienable rights, the most important was Life (as it was listed first). The Right To Life is the single most fundamental right that every being, every soul, has. It is more than just a "burden" that parents have to endure, being "punished with a baby" (Obama - "if they make a mistake, I don't want them punished with a baby")... it is a responsibility for the action of sexual intercourse, and a result that, if unwanted, should not punish the child with death! Obama is absolutely wrong and extremely left-ward on his approach to abortion in the US.
The list continues, and I will continue to work so that all 75,000 seats in that stadium are empty, or at least filled with those who know Obama's looming damage to the country and the world.
