Socialist Healthcare - share this ad

The Family Research Council has created a solid pro-conservative, anti-socialist health care advertisement. It is a little cheesy, as are most political advertisements... but the point is clear... a plan that blindly covers state sponsored infanticide and will provide only limited coverage... a blanket system does not work... here is one scenario:

Perhaps some legal advice... what standing do we, as citizens of a free nation, have to sue the government for unconstitutional actions in the way of mandatory forced or coerced health care? What constitutional liberties are being taken here, and what boundaries are being stretched beyond by the federal government...

Perhaps we stop asking for what the right answer from the government is, and start declaring our independence... tell the federal government that they have no jurisdiction over our health care, over our education, or over our jobs...

Lest we finally break down and do away with States all together... maybe we push for a constitutional amendment that dissolves state governments - rather creating legislative districts under the authority of the Federal Government...

Maybe we give up the ghost of the United States, in the idea of the states being free and independent governances bound by a common rule of law... Perhaps we rename our country into the People's Republic of America... A unified continent - hell yeah, I said continent... bring Canada and Mexico into the fold as well... we can also do away with the electoral college vote... it will be a Popular vote nation, run by a ruling class living outside the rule of law... A Socialist Utopia...

You catching my drift... this is the direction we are heading... see how ridiculous it is all sounding...

Well, WAKE UP CONSUMERS and take back your independence! Become a CITIZEN... stand up and tell your government that enough is enough... draw the line in the sand and defy your masters!

    Hyear, hyear, Mister Nielson.

America is currently a boilin' brew, a culture war threatnin' t' go loud, one people pitted 'ginst 'nuther. 'N th' ohnly question is, will liberty remain whin it is all sed 'n dun? You know whar I staind: it'll likely take secession t' preserve it.

Intersten thang is, it's not jus' us redneck neo-Confed'rate folk who'r tawkin' 'bout th' prospect-a secession. Many a Yankee 'r startin' to wonder 'loud 'bout it too. Why, even the WSJ recently ran a fair-minded piece 'bout secession, n' t'day, Slate did th' same. I tawk a little 'bout it over at my blog, 'n lank both articles thar:

  3. I am not sure I agree with you nor the health care ad. You should take a look at the bill, I know its long, but there are simplified break downs from non-partisan organizations. The bill is pretty emphatic about providing health care to everyone, and making sure everyone is insured. Also the bill has explicitly stated the revention of any health care insurence company from dropping any patient. I dont think situation in the ad is a realistic situation...what-so-ever. Now if your problem is with the funding planned parenthood is recieving thats a different story, and I understand your concerns, even if I dont agree with them.

Secondly, I think your kind of biting your self in the butt here with your break away from government arguement. The Health Care system is dependnt on the government. Medicaid and medicare are government administered programs. Breaking away from the governement and completly depending on private insurance companies means dissolving medicare and medicaid completly. Is that really something your advocating for? It seems to me thats what most elder conservatives are mistakenly worried for, a change or destruction of medicare.

I think your message is an ambitious one, but at the same time its incredibly unrealistic, and unwanted (by both parties) at that.

  4. Socialism is creeping into American society. Conservatives need to recognize it...and stop it.

One of the most insidious forms of socialism is "insurance".

Insurance? .....Socialism?? How can that be?

The insurance industry claims that insurance is just a way to spread the risk.
But what it really is ...is socialism.

Take me. I've been paying fire insurance for over 30 years.
I've never had a house burn down...never filed a claim.

So I called my insurance agent and ask to know "Where's all those premiums I've been sending you year after year ?"
You know what he told me? He said his company had already given it to some guy I didn't even know!!!
"Who did you give it to?"
"This guy whose house burned down.",my agent informed me. "He went on vacation and left the stove on. The whole place burned to the ground"

"So I should have to pay for someone else's stupid mistake?".

    " I don't think so. I want my money back." I demanded.

"Sorry. But That's the way insurance works." My agent said. "We take money from those whose houses didn't burn down and give it to those who have had a fire.

We take money from the young and healthy and use it to pay the old and sick.

We take money from good drivers and give it to some guy who totaled his car while driving too fast.

We are spreading the risk. We take money from those who don't need it and give it to those who do. "

That's socialism in a nutshell. Take from those that have and give to those who don't???

That's right. Those hidden forms of socialism have slowly seeped into our society and now threaten to infect every area of our lives.

Time to put an end to insurance. Time to end socialism

It was only a matter of time.....now this bufoon Obama and his Fourth Reich platoon of morons are going to turn this country into another Socialist run, government operated, big brother is watching you state. Why should we pay pay for socialized health care? so illegals can get it for free?, so some dumb ass that cant keep her legs together, becomes pregnant for the 8th time can get a free abortion. Why should we have socialized health care at all, and march like good little automotons with our hand raised in the seig heil, socialist salute as we pass by the dias where the fuhrer, the messiah, the facist, the socialist sits on his throne of deceit.
